- Information you send us. If you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to share about your project.
- Scheduling. Calls are booked through a third-party scheduling service, which processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
This website has no sign-up forms and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
- To deliver and manage projects if we work together.
- To keep this website secure and understand how it performs.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio (such as email, scheduling and hosting), or when required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, and project information for the duration of our engagement and any legal retention period.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to further contact, by emailing hello@twocents.studio. We'll respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
